Follow these instructions to cook a great risotto!
- Add 4 cups of water and a handful of salt
- Put the rice inside (more or less 1 cup of rice for each person)
- Stir the rice and salt as the water is heating up till it’s boiling
- Within 5/10 minutes, water will be almost absorbed
- Taste the rice, if it’s uncooked yet and there’s not enough water, add a bit of water again (if you like it, try simmering a bit with white wine)
Once cooled add
- a touch of basil.
