In our family, we love eating fish as you can prepare very light and delicious dishes! Besides, it’s a great source of Omega 3, essential to prevent inflammations and most of CVDs ! Please, make sure to select a good quality type of fish, as it’s very common to find heavy metals within their diets.

Follow these instructions to grilled a great salmon:

  1. Heat up the gridiron,
  2. Cook the salmon 10 minutes on each side.
  3. Add rosemary, fennel and/ or others seasoning that you like.
  4. Wait 10 minutes before serving.

Combine it with a great salad, your favorite vegetables and if you like it, drink a bubbly glass of white wine
